Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us at info@gmcpharma.com within [X days] of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Verified cases will be corrected by replacement or refund.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X business days].
